RETURNS

Returns may be offered in the event of a misprinted, damaged or defective item. Returns will not be offered for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. Please pay close attention to product descriptions and sizing before purchase.

Misprinted, Damaged or Defective Items:
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a misprinted, damaged or defective item! If an order arrives with any of these issues, please email us at hello@katesmithcompany.com with a photo and issue description within a week of receiving your order.

Wrong size:
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabeled. If you think this has happened, please email us at hello@katesmithcompany.com and we'll get you sorted out.

 

SHIPPING

Our estimated fulfillment and shipping delivery times within the continental United States are:

  • Product Fulfillment: 2-7 business days
  • Shipping and Delivery: 5-8 business days (depending on the most efficient delivery method)

On average, orders are shipped within 3 days of being placed. You should receive an email with your shipment notification.

International Shipping:
We currently only offer shipping to locations within the continental United States. Sign up for our newsletter to get updates on new locations as we add them.

Order Never Arrived:
Oh no! If your order never arrived, please let us know! Grab your shipping confirmation and check that you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, email us at hello@katesmithcompany.com with your order number and we'll get you sorted out.
